Capezio Contractors specializes in designing and building kitchens that are elegant and practical. Whether your kitchen was damaged from a property claim or you’re just wanting a fresh new look, we are happy to assist. We have an in-house kitchen designer, knowledgeable project managers to guide you through the process, and skilled carpenters with decades of experience.

Customers are encouraged to make an appointment to visit our Kitchen Showroom to see the materials in person. Then, we make a site visit to measure and talk about any changes. Once materials are ordered, the Project Manager will oversee the project from start to finish, while keeping you informed and updated. Below are some examples of our recent work.

Some Things to Consider

Make decisions on the details early

The sooner you can select all your fixtures, tile, flooring and countertops, the more information Capezio will have to arrive at an accurate estimate. You’ll also avoid the delays that backordered items cause if we can order well before they’re to be installed.

Consider retaining the current footprint

You will see cost savings by keeping electrical and plumbing lines where they are and you’ll also make planning your new layout easier since you’ll already have the locations of important features set. Another benefit is reducing the costs (and the dust) of demolition.

Expect the unexpected

You will encounter surprises in your remodel, especially in older residences. There are all sorts of surprises lurking behind the walls or under the floor. For example, when you rip out your walls and discover your electrical wiring is out of date. Or you pull out your shower and discover the floor beneath it is rotten thanks to a water leak you didn’t know about. Leave some wiggle room in your budget to cover these surprises.
