Steps to Recovery


Submit a claim.
We are an approved contractor with all major insurance carriers.

Contact Capezio.

Have your carrier and claim information ready so that Capezio can best assist you with the repair process.

Emergency services.

If needed, Capezio can board up or tarp your property to secure and prevent further damage.

Estimator assigned.

The Estimator will inspect the damages, prepare an estimate, and negotiate with your insurance carrier to reach an agreed scope of work.

Sign a contract.

Review your approved scope of work and sign a Work Authorization allowing us to proceed.

Project Manager assigned.

The PM schedules repairs, will help with selections, and will guide you throughout the repair process. They will be your primary contact until the work is completed.

Certificate of Satisfaction.

Once job is completed to your satisfaction, you will be asked to sign a COS. Your warranty is now in effect.
