Silver Spring Project

Our home sustained major structural damage when a neighbor’s 100-foot-tall oak tree uprooted and fell onto our home. The damage included the roof, walls, ceilings, hardwood floors, structural trusses and rafters, exterior brick, block walls and windows. The damage impacted the electrical system, the plumbing and HVAC system. Capezio Contractors was extremely helpful and totally dedicated to the massive task at hand.

Mr. Robert Capezio frequented the site and was found to be extremely professional, helpful and demanded perfection. That professional touch was appreciated and not necessary after eight months together. It is worth noting that during the entire restoration no Capezio employee ever addressed my wife or I as anything other than “Mr. or Mrs. O’Brien”. After having dealt with Capezio I would gladly employ them for any project as they were fully knowledgeable, professional and cared about quality results and the home owner’s satisfaction and pleasure. Absolutely nothing about the workmanship on the home restoration was not up to our satisfaction and the constant contact with Capezio managers and employees made the task much easier to deal with.
